Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states. All shipments are sent via Economy or Standard service depending on order weight, with delivery estimates calculated from the date of dispatch.

Free Shipping is available on all orders totalling $150.00 or more, shipped via Economy service with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days.

For orders under $150, the following rates apply:

Economy Shipping — Orders from 0–5 lb ship for $5.50, with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days. Orders from 5–70 lb ship for $19.90.

Standard Shipping — Orders from 0–1 lb ship for $6.90. Orders from 1–5 lb ship for $9.90.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Anne Scott Needlepoint is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your ship date, please contact us at sales@annescottneedlepoint.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
